Regardless of the service you believe will best benefit you, a FREE introductory call is a MUST for one-on-one coaching!

This brief conversation will allow us a few minutes to get acquainted, gather an overview of your concerns and goals, and assess if we’d make a good team to help you reach them.

The following services provide personalized one-on-one consulting and collaboration with you, providing you perspective, resources, accountability and support. 

Wellness Consult--3 months

This option is best suited for the person who has unresolved health issues, has been battling chronic conditions or multiple symptoms/diagnosis and is looking for long term support and accountability to effectuate positive changes.

This service includes an extensive food and lifestyle review, a 60-90 minute consult each month, 90 days of unlimited email support, written recommendations and resources to help you reach your goals.

Wellness Consult--1 Month

This option is best for the person who just wants to fine tune their existing health program and is motivated to make changes with support over 1 month.

This service includes an extensive food and lifestyle review, one 60-minute consult, written recommendations and resources and 30-days of unlimited email support.

Lifestyle Review--1 Time Session

This option is best for the person who just wants to fine tune their existing health program and is motivated to make change without ongoing support.

This service includes an extensive food and lifestyle review, one 60-minute consult and written recommendations and resources.

Brainstorm Session--1 Time Session

This option is for anyone who is not interested in an extensive review but would like to discuss ongoing health issues or ways to improve existing methods of self care.

This includes a brief information intake form, one 45-minute consult plus comprehensive resources emailed to you.
